Why I Created This Program

I’m Lisa Kirkman, MS, RDN, IFNCP, a dietitian and functional nutritionist who helps people overcome gut health imbalances and life-disrupting symptoms so that they can have a better quality of life. The Gut Health Reset is drawn from the highly effective methodology I use with 1:1 clients in my private practice.

I created this course because I’ve seen too many people struggle unnecessarily, even to the point of losing their jobs and incomes because of their symptoms. As someone who had to learn to overcome IBS and maintain my gut health in the midst of a high pressure corporate career, I have so much empathy for the struggle and disability gut problems can bring. But, happily, I’ve learned it doesn’t have to be that way. The gut won’t get better on its own, but it can absolutely heal and rebalance — if you take action. This course breaks down those actions and makes them accessible to many more people.
